  • At the Summit, we want guests to strike the right balance between comfort and style. Sneakers or heels, you choose! We simply encourage guests to wear Summit colors or neutrals. Attendees should plan on outfits that are casual yet polished and fun but business-ready.

  • YES! Light snacks, coffee, and beverages are included in your ticket. This year, we are bringing various tasty, dallas-based food trucks on-site for you to purchase whatever your heart desires during each lunch break. We suggest budgeting $15-$20 for lunch.

  • For the first time ever at HTS, lunch will be a variety of local food trucks during the lunch break. This will allow everyone to pick what sounds most appetizing and fits into your specific diet.

    PLEASE NOTE: lunch is not covered in your ticket price and we suggest budgeting $15-$20 for lunches.

  • We will be providing the summit’s food truck options along with their menus prior to the event on our socials and website so that you can decide if the meal options fit within your diet. If none of the meals work for you, we suggest bringing your own specific foods that you know will fit within your needs. We do our best to provide a wide variety of food options but cannot always accommodate the allergies + restrictions of each attendee.

  • YES! HTS does not provide a place to store your food, but you are more than welcome to bring your own snacks, lunch, or beverages.

  • refunds for the HOW TO SUMMIT will be available until July 31st, 2025, subject to a $50 administrative fee. after July 31st, 2025, no refunds will be issued. this policy is strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made.

  • NO. Tickets cannot be gifted or transferred. Please refer to the refund policy.

  • Community is the heartbeat of the Summit, and therefore we will be offering extended breaks + a longer lunch so attendees can have ample time to network, mingle, and connect with fellow organizers.

  • ABSOLUTELY! All are welcome! While we are geared toward the productivity industry, this conference is really about business and can apply to almost any industry.

  • Yes, there is plenty of parking available on-site.
